We would like to introduce our MRA automatic deburring holder, "Debarin MC," which we handle. It is equipped with a built-in tension adjustment mechanism that can extend and contract by 10mm, allowing for processing of complex-shaped workpieces while keeping the tool aligned at a constant pressure. It comes with three standard types of springs and two types of pro-lead colors, which can be exchanged according to the work material and the amount of burr to be removed for adjustment. Burrs refer to protrusions or excess parts that occur during the processes of metalworking or resin (plastic) processing, and they generally have irregular and sharp shapes. According to JIS standard JIS B 0051, they are defined as "residual material on a part resulting from machining or molding processes, located on the outside of the geometric shape at the edge of a corner." Burrs are formed during the process of cutting or shaping metal when the material stretches and tears. **Three Reasons to Remove Burrs:** - To prevent product failure and wear - To enhance assembly accuracy - To ensure product safety Traditionally, burr removal has been considered a task that is done manually.
